RÉMON Jean-Pierre

Born in 1928 in Paris, Jean-Pierre Rémon was quickly driven to draw and leave childhood behind because of his hypersensitivity and acute awareness of being different. At fifteen, he entered the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris to draw plasters. He worked with Gilbert Dupuis, director of the Académie Jullian who passed on to him the basics of the painting career.
